American Antique Airplane Pickers--Episode 26!
Tune in sometime next week as Glenn returns from a roadtrip with his latest project!
This unnamed airplane from an anonymous owner at an undisclosed location has been trailered back to the "Glenn Cave" for Glenn to work his restoration magic.
Four wings? Must be a biplane.
"Whoa Nelly!"
"Is that Cub yellow on the floor???"

Andrew King stops by with a Fairchild
Andrew King stopped by on his way from Texas to Pennsylvania with a 1935 Fairchild 24 C8c he's delivering for the buyer.
Andrew fills the gas tank. Said the aircraft used 20.5 gallons for almost 3 hours of flying time.
The original to the aircraft Warner 145 spits grease on the windscreen.
Nice, simple cockpit with a third seat in the back.
Andrew did a quick-turn as he wanted to beat the weather and head east.
Classic, black-and-white shot.

OT: The Arch(es)
Sunday was such a beautiful day, I went driving around looking for pictures and ended up down at the Arch.

Went to the airport, nothing going on there.
So I went driving around and did these landscapes instead of hanging out at the airport.

OT: Eskie Rescue Reunion.
We went to the St Louis American Eskimo Rescue Reunion this afternoon held in Queeny Park.
Our little Eskie, Nim (short for Admiral Nimitz) was a rescue dog we fell in love with
eight years ago and we're just head over heels with him.
I took this picture of Lindz, Nim and Gina outside the Dog Museum with
my Olympus EM-5 camera and Panasonic 20mm lens.
Love it!
